When you’ve lived a life not putting any boundaries in place, when you begin to, the people around you can be taken back by your sudden interest in your own wellbeing, especially if those people are benefitting from your lack of boundaries.

I thought it would only be right to introduce you to my life by taking you back to where it all changed. A part of my life I refer to as ‘The Choice’.
